* Success Fee is based on 1% the agreed purchase price or 10% of the negotiated saving, whichever is the greater. This is payable on exchange of contracts 

 

FOR TENANTS:

 

Registration Fee - £350 - Payable in advance

Length of Search: 4 months

 

* Success Fee is one month's agreed rental
